Toolabs Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By accessing and using Toolabs, you agree to the Terms of Use. These terms govern the entire website and any communications between you and Toolabs.
2. Liability Disclaimer
Toolabs is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from the use of our resources. Users are responsible for costs related to servicing or data correction caused by their usage.
3. Billing
Toolabs does not charge recurring fees. All transactions are initiated by the user, and we do not store any billing-related data. Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Bank Transfers: BNI, Mandiri, BRI, PermataBank, Danamon
- Retail Outlets: Alfamart, Alfamidi, Indomaret
- Digital Payments: QRIS and PayPal
- Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider, Tripay.
After payment confirmation, accounts will be activated for monthly access, and reminders for subsequent payments will be sent via the system.
4. Services
Toolabs may adjust service prices, validity, and usage limits based on availability.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued if services are non-functional for more than three days.
- No refunds will be provided for banned accounts, unused services, or when tool limits are reached (users must wait for the refresh period).
6. Account Ban
Sharing account details with others or multiple logins from the same IP may result in permanent suspension without notification.
